Items: recipient name and email (to send the open notice), recipient mobile number (optional, when receiving by KakaoTalk), sender name and email (seal confirmation and showing who it is from), message body, open time (for payments: product, amount, time, payment reference)
Purpose: keeping the seal, sending the open notice, sending the seal confirmation, showing who it is from, showing the message, confirming identity and handling inquiries or refunds, keeping payment records
Retention: the body, recipient name and email, and sender name and email for 90 days after the open time; unpaid drafts for 24 hours; payment records as required by law
The sender must enter only recipient details they are allowed to share.
Without consent you cannot create a promise.
